Shipping

1. Processing Your Order ~ I will send a confirmation of your order via email after placing your order. If there is anything extra we need to chat about, I will be in touch via email. 

Please keep this information handy as your proof of purchase.

2. Shipment Processing Time ~ this is the time it takes for me to prepare your order for shipping. 

After your order is authorised and verified, I will personally create your hand-made piece and bundle it up for posting or pick up with special care.  This can take up to FIVE working days. 

3. Changes to Your Order ~ You can email or call me with any changes to your order within 24hours, but after that time it's more than likely I will have started your piece and won't be able to come to the party!  Give me a call though - if I can do it I will!  

Please note that changes to your order may incur an extra cost.  

4. Express Processing ~ You can choose express processing and jump the order queue at an extra cost of $15 per piece.  This option button will be available soon - in the meantime, please contact me via email or phone to update this. 

5. Express Shipping ~ is available also.

6. Shipping Rates ~ I will endeavour to get your piece to you as soon as physically possible.  Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you.  Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and are subject to approval and acceptance of your order.  Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed, as I can get your order to the post as fast as possible - but it is then in the hands of the busy post man!  Weather delays and other unforseen circumstances may impact delivery time.  Unless there are exceptional circumstances, I will deliver on my promise to fulfill your beautiful piece and get to you with haste.
