The Moana Paintings

In exploring the ideas for "Reflections" - a collective exhibition at the local art gallery, I came into a period of painting the sea. Seascapes have never been something I was interested in painting, until this time.  I had to learn about the details and colours in seascapes, and these paintings reflect this time, and lead to the main painting titled; "My Grandmother's Strength".
