No Worries! If you find you change your mind, no hard feelings - you are most welcome to get in touch for a chat about it. As long as the piece is in the same condition and packaging as received and able to be returned within 30 days of our discussion, I can most definitely sort that for you. I won't hold it against you I promise!
Of course if your art work is damaged in any way (I will be gutted for you) and a quick chat about the what/when/how for a replacement will be the way to make sure a new piece is on it's way to you ASAP!
- What if it's a CUSTOM piece though?
All Good! Lets chat! If it's something you've changed your mind on and I can solve the problem, I will get that sorted for you. Although, it will cost a little bit extra depending on the hours to change it, and shipping as well. If it's something we really can't work together on to fix, then a refund less your initial custom deposit is a possibility. As you can imagine, Custom pieces can be hard to onsell if they have things like your Sister's name or an unusually quirky design on it. But if I think I can, I promise will!
- What if it's a COMMISSION PAINTING though?
No problemo! As above, lets chat! If I can't solve the problem for you and it is a piece I think I can onsell or put back into my collection - that will be fabulously fine! Although, as noted above, it will cost a little bit extra depending on the hours to change it, and shipping as well. If it's something we really can't work together on to fix, then a refund less your initial custom deposit is a possibility. Again, if I can, I absolutely will!
